Bravo Supermarket
Veronica80 June 17, 2010
First of all let me start by saying to check your items before purchasing them from Bravo Supermarket. I purchased four jars of baby food and two out of four were expired. If you have ever been in a Bravo store you probably have noticed most items are over priced and the meat is ridiculously cheap. Not to my surprise, the meat is close to spoiled. It has been said that they keep the meat out on the floor in the back unrefrigerated before putting it in its package. To add to there poor service the cashier's act like its there first... read full review »

I am posting this for any person that has just received an odd email from a "Robertson Agencies" please beware. The email will be from n.roberston and will be signed as such. No first name. Advanced Colon / Acai Optimum
Wayne P Killins June 17, 2010
It was recommended by the Canadian Health Website that these products worked and there were many testimonials for them. It was understood that these were free trials and you were only required to pay shipping for the products. Apparently in the fine print it is said that if you DO NOT CANCEL this within 14 days (which it takes to even get the product) you go on automatic subscription and I received another $400 worth of this crap and was billed for them. The product did not work for me and I am told by the company that there is NO REFUND POLICY, even if I am not satisfied with it... read full review »

Equine Muckboots
Horserider Diane June 17, 2010
Since I couldn't find Equine Muckboots with a horsehead emblem on the side of the boots at local stores, I did a search online. I typed in, " Muckboots.com", and shopped. After glancing at the website, it appeared that this facility, which is listed as being in TX, seemed to have the exact boot that I was looking for, and seemed to be the manufacturer's website . After ordering a tall pair, and a little bit shorter pair, ( 2 pairs of boots ), and then received them, I opened the boxes only to find that the boots shipped were... read full review »

HonestGirl June 16, 2010
Good equitpment. Clean. However. Not to supportive and encouraging staff. At first when you join they treat you like you are a valued client then that slowly fades away. They didnt really seem very enthusiastic on the one on one meetings. They do not seem like they genuienly care about clients. I was appalled to find i had to "cancell" my membership, even though it had already expired as stated on my contract. They do not warn you off this, they never will. They will continue to take money out of your account even if your... read full review »

Dental Hygiene Pen
JeanneP June 16, 2010
About a week ago, I opened my Yahoo e-mail and there was an ad for a free sample for a dental hygiene pen, only pay shipping of $3.87. Today I received an e-mail from my credit card company asking me to verify charges of $87.00!! When I called the company to cancel the order, which I haven't received yet, I was told the fine print explained that I had a week to cancel my subscription to their services. Since I hadn't called to cancel the charges were promptly added to my credit card account. I am supposed to receive an e-mail from... read full review »

Ordered a pair of shorts for $88.00 which have studs on the pockets. Followed washing directions, but when they came out of the machine, two studs and their backings were missing, and in there places were two gaping holes. Karmaloop says they are not responsible for clothing once it has been worn or washed. No other company I have ever dealt with has not taken responsibility for defective items. read full review »

Mr. Buzzy Vibrators
Dawniette June 16, 2010
I have a complaint with the Mr. Buzzy vibrator, model F150. I purchased this vibrator and learned that I needed to rewire my bedroom to 220. That's not cheap to do! After that, I learned that if I used the vibrator no other person in my household could watch television. It caused all reception to become squiggly. If you tried to listen to the radio, you just got an annoying squeal. Which wasn't me. Then, I noticed that small flames came from the sides of the vibrator. I could understand if this was Mr. Buzzy Batmobile, but... read full review »

harold the jewellery buyer
DG27 June 16, 2010
DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN IF YOU WANT AN ACCURATE RETURN FOR YOUR GOLD!!! Recently visited this man in his store with bars everywhere and it makes you feel like you are in a pawn shop-actually I believe it is a pawn shop. You sit down and instantly he starts touching your items and simply asks you how much you want without weighing anything. The people you will find in the waiting room are your typical pawn shop goers, selling jewellery for perhaps their next fix? His ads do not portray what really goes on there, he is rude, refuses to... read full review »

Aveda Salon
Uh uh June 16, 2010
I had heard complaints about Aveda before I went but decided to try anyway. The first time I went I had to get used to their "style" of doing things--which includes a bunch of visits from your stylist's overseer/mentor person during your haircut. This is not too big of a deal because this is a school for beauty students, and they're still learning...but you do have to get used to being treated like a guinea pig. The first girl I had on my first visit did a great job. I was so nervous because she seemed a little out of... read full review »

Acai Berry Detox (tm)
bessie margo June 16, 2010
I foolishly responded to try a trial sample of Acai Berry detox for £3.99. I have now been charged one lot of £76.46 and another charge of £82.37; both equate to $112.83 at time of exchange. Having accepted the first charge and accepted being stupid and paying for it, I thought this would be the end having by this time received 4 pots of 60 capsules (4 months supply). That's when I received the second amount debitted from my credit card. I rang the number on the tub when I was advised that by requesting... read full review »

I have purchased swimsuits from Land's End for over 20 years. The cut was always perfect for the tank suit. Since Sears has taken over, the cut has changed in the arm cut. dennisorb June 16, 2010
Dr. Gary Tylock is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. The eye exam he gave me at Gary Tylock Laser Center was not thorough. He answered a personal cell phone call during my exam! He did nothing to inspire my confidence. There are much better eye doctors out there... don't visit this one. read full review »

I ordered one wig from this company. It arrived, I was happy with it so I ordered another. This is when the long, long horror which has lasted almost a year started. With this company, one is not allowed to try on the wig, only to look at it in the box. My husband and I looked at the wig together and were shocked at the color so I, not touching anything, put the tissue back, the lid on the box and then with great care sent the box back with packing material all around it. We both did it together so we are both really upset. I was informed by... read full review »

Thom McAn men's dress shoes
CJustice June 15, 2010
I purchased a pair of Thom McAn men's dress shoes at K-Mart some years ago. Sometime back the left shoe started activating the shoplifter alarm when exiting most stores. It took considerable trouble and EMBARRASSMENT to even track it down to the shoes, but it was. I got to the point I'd go to Home Depot and they would put their checkout paddle to the shoe and you would hear the "tunk" sound when an item is "deactivated" at a register, and it would be OK for a while before starting in again. I gave up a few weeks ago... read full review »

Not sure how else to put it. Worst experience I think I've ever had with any company. Not like it was a one time thing either. Just TRY to get a hold of them. They will NOT answer their phone and they will NOT call you back like their voicemail indicates. TRY to email them. You MAY get a response filled with hollow promises. Just don't expect a response within 72 hours. More like 2-3 weeks to reply to your emails. That's just how they do business. My experience with them? I ordered some things and was charged immeiately. I actually like the product and would purchase on my own. But my gripe stems from the fact that I place what I thought was a one time order, only to find another $60.00 charge on my card the next month! I called the company saying I did not want the 2nd shipment, they told me they'd cancel my account once they received the item back... BUT THEY DIDN'T! I just looked at my bank statement and they charged another $29.95 to my account! I'm very disappointed because I genuinely liked the product, but I don't want it forced down my throat!
