My girlfriend went to Third Dimension Salon to get a spiral perm. Come to find out instead of being perminant, it would only last 3 days. Service was VERY unprofessional. My hair was damaged. The first stylist cut off 4 inches of hair instead of trimming. She did a horrible job on color and highlights that I did not ask for. I was overcharged. We bought 3 Roundtree & Yorke T-shirts at Dillard's. My husband tried them on new, w/tags on, they fit. Before wearing any clothes I wash them; after that initial laundering, these 3 T-'s shrank to almost a size less, an XL was now almost a Large. I signed up for a 10 day free trial for an Acai Berry diet product. Today I received the shipment so I called to cancel my subscription, which the website claimed you had a total of 10 days to cancel the script without being charged. I was told that there was going to be a $159 charge to my credit card. The original order would have been for $89 if I did not cancel my subscription. The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I have worked with this person and have found her to be amazing at what she does. Somebody with a thick jealous streak has posted some inaccuracies about this talented artist. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. Less than 3 months before my wedding they said it wouldn't come in at all! I contacted the manufacture who indicated they had never received my order. I purchased an over the counter cvold medication at Walgreens Drug store. I had taken some of the medication. when i noticed that one of the caplets was broken in half and only part of the caplet was in the blister pack. I imeadiatly stopped taking the product andnotified walgreens drug store. A few days later I was contacted by LNK international the Manufacturer i was asked to send thhe pack to them about two weeks later i recieved a letter with a description of the ir inspection process.
