Resveratrol Direct/Resveratrol supplement
Julia Pujads January 5, 2010
Resveratrol Direct made three bogus charges for their product Resveratrol. Three charges were made for three bottles that I never received. After calling the fraud department of the credit card company, a Resveratrol representative canceled the last charges but shamelessly claimed that they had Postal Service "proof" that the two other bottles had been delivered. They also charged me for never-received magazines. The representative refused to consider discussing the magazine charges. read full review »

I ordered one bottle of pills. Then they keep sending me packages every month and charging them to my credit card. I have no intention of paying for them and have returned them to the company telling them to stop sending any more. These are un-authorized charges on my credit card. read full review »

NetSpan
DonnaW January 5, 2010
I contacted NetSpan in July in response to their internet ad about postal jobs available. I spoke to someone by the name of Scharlie and she told me that the post office was hiring and I purchased the postal packet from her for $129.00 to prepare me for the exams. About 1 week after I received the packet I heard on the news that the Post Office was laying off employees so I called NetScan and told them I wanted my money back. Someone by the name of Mr. Braxton told me to send the packet back, he gave me an authorization number and told me I... read full review »

Age Invisible Cream
did not order face cream January 5, 2010
I went to take money out of my account today and I see that I have a $69.50 hold on my account. I get home and see that it is from age invisible cream. I never ordered the cream. I called the number listed and they said that I signed up for a 10 day trial offer and did not cancel so I was charged the $69. When I told them that I did not order the cream and did not want the cream they said that there is nothing they can do about it. I do not know how they managed to get my credit card info, but I would not suggest ever ordering anything from... read full review »

Unlimited Perfumes
We are the owners of a newly established storefront business and were searching online for decent perfume and cologne prices. We came across www.unlimitedperfumes.com and found their prices were in our range. We tried to place a large order (over $1000) and went to checkout. This website unfortunately obligates everyone to create an account with them. We did not want to establish any accounts, just make a purchase and move on. My partners and I notified this company's so called Customer Care and received a biligerant response when we... read full review »

the offer a trial of2 teeth whitening products for a minimal fee, if you don't return the product and cancel your order immediatelly, they then charge you the full $80 price for the product and send you another month supply with another $80 charge. There are also "foreign transaction fees" added to the credit card. They say it's explained in the "agreement" that you view on line when you send for the product. What a rip off of the customer!!! read full review »

artiechung January 5, 2010
The owner of this pharmacy is a cheat. He comes across as a nice genetleman but lately after my surgery he dispensed me 50 percets and not 60 as the doctor prescribed. He denied the charge and told me i was trying to get free narcotics. He lied saying he dispensed the pill although it was his assistant. Please do not patronize this store. read full review »

ordered this product online this mourning, have since read several complaints. tried to contact the company to insure that i would receive my order and what the exact charges would be. they say that you can cancel at any time, but when you go to there website, there is no link to do any of that and when you call the company you can not speak to any one, there is no link to cancel this product, and that scares me because they now have access to my account and withdraw any amount of monies they wish even if it overdraws my account read full review »

I purchased a Nordic Track ACT elliptical on-line, October 26, 2009, through the USA for $899.00 with FREE shipping because I was paying in full and not financing the payments. It was clear I would be billed at the current exchange rate (which btw was $1.08) There is a customer review on the US website for the Nordic Track ACT from a _Canadian_ who not only managed to receive their ACT through the US for the same offer, but received an additional 10% off that was made available to online orders 2 days after they placed their... read full review »

I canceled by gym membership in November 2009 and paid through November 2009. In December 2009 Downtown Fitness charged my account $40.00. January 1, 2010 Downtown Fitness charged my account again for $40.00. When contacted I'm told it's how they bill. Anna Pereira
GarR33 January 5, 2010
Anna Pereira sells clothing that falls apart. I spent $40 on a top that fell apart in the washer. She claims to use american apparel. I have a lot of american apparel and it doesn't fall apart in the wash. Her crystals tear up the skin when you were her shirts. Buyer Beware. Anything that Anna Pereira or Originals by Anna, makes should be banned. You will find better clothes at walmart or China. read full review »

Dr. Kleiman - Heartless, rude and incompetent
richard dunne January 5, 2010
Heartless, rude, and incompetent! Dr. Kleiman took one very brief look at my eye and then said I had a mass in my eye. When I asked what does that mean, he said "A mass, an atypical mass or tumor." Then he handed me a business card of another ophthalmologist, and told me to go see him in stead. And then he left the room. He never even gave me a chance to ask him questions about this "tumor". Can a doctor be so cold as to tell a patient they have a tumor and then stand up and walk out on them? I don’t wish this to my worst enemy. I am very fortunate though that he referred me to someone other than him for further care!! read full review »

I have been billed the exact amount on my credit card from April 2009 through December 2009. The activity description on my credit card varies, the phone numbers vary, and the exact posting dates vary every month. There are 5 separate company names covering the last 9 months on my credit card statement. There are 5 corresponding different phone numbers listed. I ordererd one package of acai berry to try out free and i have 700.00 that they took from my account. I dont have history with bounceing checks but so many came at the same time I am now paying the bank back. I tried refusing the packages and finally I went to the post office where I was told that the way they sent my package covering the mailing info wont allow them to send back the packages. I was told by the post office that many other people had this very problem. Whatever you do folks dont try anything for thirty days giving anyone your credit card. Well, I feel that I've been very silly and it's been an expensive mistake. The 'free trial' arrived and I've stopped taking the tablets anyway. I've now received another delivery that I did not authorise. My credit card has been charged with a total of $197.99 USD. I'm retired and that is a lot of money for me! I've requested my bank not to accept any more debits from this organisation, so fingers crossed. I wish I had an email address so that I can chase them for my refund. BH Cosmetics Scam!

This company is a scam! They processed my child's visa gift card, e-mailed her a phony tracking number that was never active.I then actually spoke to a supposed employee on Christmas Eve after the item never arrived and was told it was sold out, the website stated that(it does not) and that a refund would be issued the following monday. It was not, nor I have been able to reach them by phone and I have not gotten a response to e-mails.This site needs to be shut down. They will likely open again under a new name, but I'd still like to see them put out of their "business" if you can call blatant stealing a business. read full review »

I am a Canadian artist who had been asked to participate in my first group exhibit in NYC. I had packaged 3 paintings and put them in mirror boxes labelled fragile, and sent them off with excitement. I was not able to insure them because I had packaged them myself, and they have a limit of $500 for insurance, and will only cover this if it is lost. So off my future went, and they arrived in shambles. They had been dropped so hard the wood frames had splintered. I had 1 inch foam around the painting which protected the middle, but the edge... read full review »

Boca Java Coffee
Sent a letter and an email stating that I wanted to cancel membership. shipment came anyway. I called and was told to send it back but that the only way to cancel membership was by phone. When I received my credit card bill I had been billed $35.94 for 2 lbs. of coffee but only credited for $2.97. When I phoned about this I was told that there was a $25.00 chargeback for returns plus the cost of shipping and handling. therefore I paid almost $33.00 for absolutely nothing. no coffee just a bill. Citizen
Rissto January 4, 2010
A year ago I have bought a Citizen Aqualand Eco-drive Diver's JV0010-08E, a wristwatch water resistant to 200m. It seemed to be tough and good for deep diving. One day the belt opened and the watch fell from about 60 cm on the floor. The glass broke. How was it possible? That watch should have been something special: it was made for deep diving. It is interesting that it was also made for the Citizen anniversary and it should represent the Citizen factory. (Even the photographic cameras are made stand the fall from 1, 5 m).
