Never ever buy insurance from these people. They have put me thru it over a drug prescribed by my doctor. If the medicine is over $100.00 they make you try not one but two different medicines and still would not pay for it. I ended up paying for my medicine out of my pocket in desperation after trying for weeks for them to pay for it. We pay almost $10, 000 per year in premiums. No one in management takes phone calls. On October 23rd I read an add on the internet for Dazzle White Tooth Gel, priced $2.95 for a trial. I filled out the form and was then issued with an receipt for $12.95 (?$US), I spoke to the rep via email to be told rudely to read the fine print that there is a $12.95 charge for international shipping, I then cancelled the order and eventually was given a cancellation number. Acai Max Boost is a scam. It says on the website that it's just a 15 day free trial with the shipping fee of $3.95. However, after you receive the product and do not call in to cancel within the trial period, they will charge you for the product. I ended up being charged for $86.42. The number that they give you in your shipment confirmation (1-866-949-0138) is not accurate anymore. I had to call my bank to get their phone number which is 1-877-233-4031.
