Nature Detox/Oberry/Cleansegold/Acai/Colon Cleanse
Angela B September 16, 2009
I saw an ad for a free trial of Acai Berry Cleanse. I followed the link from Weatherbug and filled out some information. I then cancelled it because I wanted to check on it some more before I committed to it. They had my phone number from what I filled out, so they just continually kept calling me. When I finally answered the girl (unfortunately did not write down her name) told me that it was just a free trial and all I had to do was pay for shipping and handling of $3.95, I asked her again so all I have to do is pay for shipping and... read full review »

Wier International Marketing Group
fiona111 September 16, 2009
I received a call this evening from Weir International Group. The guy on the phone told me how I could make some extra cash and work for his "great company." He told me a web address for a cheaply made video that talks very vaguely about "marketing tools" and "making lots of money" and said he would call back in 10 minutes to talk more about it. He told me he couldn't really elaborate on what exactly I would be doing because everyone "works in teams" and each assignment is "different, " and that to... read full review »

Sherry Briggs September 15, 2009
Well, where to begin. I am going to preface this complaint by saying that the only reason I can think of for the shoddy unprofessional customer service is the fact that they must be going out of business. Probably they were told to hold on to any refunds. I have talked to many people, so-called supervisors, csr's, sent dozens of emails, etc, all to no avail. I get the same response, mostly by monotone, flat voices that tell me to give it 'more time' and that they will make my case a 'priority'. I have been told a... read full review »

Aetna HMO
waynebarakat September 15, 2009
Aetna makes it incredibly hard to submit any claim, and seems to have an automatic rejection policy for FSA claims. We have filled out every form there is and make sure that we double dot and cross every letter. But still the claim comes back with some nit pick. Luckily we were able to find a group of people who have had the same experience, and are initiating a class action. They have also pushed us into online ordering for meds, in which they charge us more than our local grocery store. Hopefully we will be successful and get Aetna to pay for its blatant dishonesty. read full review »

I ordered the sample size of Vibrant Whitening using the discount code, and paid with my debit card. Today, 8/14/09, I am being charged $88.97 to my debit account for something I did not order. Please reverse this charge as I did not order anything other than the sample size, and do not wish to order any additional products. I will be contacting my bank to follow up on the refunding of the money. I expect this charge to be reversed as soon as possible. Thank you. Marie Madero read full review »

I'm a former employee of the Sonic Drive In. I was employed there for over a year, and during that time I witnessed the employees, myself included, being degraded and verbally abused by the management. However, the abuse escalated when Boom Foods brought back Lisa, a former manager to take the GM position. She continuously berated the staff including the other managers in front of the crew. In addition, she would come into the store and spend the entire day on her cell phone, I caught her sitting on the stockroom shelves several time... read full review »

AFLAC Long Term Care Insurance
displaynametaken September 15, 2009
My parents paid long term care insurance premiums for 20 years. At age 88 my Mom fell and would have seemed to qualify for what they were paying for "nursing home insurance". AFLAC used every technicality they could, interpreted the ambiguity in the old policy (which they don't sell anymore) to not play the long term care benefit. Each subsequent denial letter included a new reason for denial. They do not stand behind what their agents sell. They do not have any control over what their agents represent about them. The president... read full review »

Many people have written about this ongoing scam. Willowbrook Methodist Hospital
KanT55 September 15, 2009
In Willowbrook Methodist the volunteer agent is never there even if he said he was. He leaves before 4 and he isn't there early. He doesn't answer calls when he's away from the office while he arranges people to meet him on a time when he isn't here. He will always talk to you about non-important things. Normally, he complaints about everything and he messes with you even when you're like i want to leave. He doesn't ever like to listen to you're words and he wants people to pretty much leave. read full review »

Access Biologicals

The company promised my 18-year-old that he could make a lot of money by donating his plasma at one of their many centers all around the U.S. Once we had faxed all of his medical information, including identifying info., to them, they told us he would have to fly from Michigan to Tennessee or L.A. in order to participate. What kind of tests do they need to run that they need to fly an unchaperoned high school senior three states away for an unspecified amount of time, at their cost? Why would they use these tactics to pull us in and get identifying info.? Be very careful of dealing with them! read full review »

The worst service from GM dealer. NO complaints against GM, but this dealer is very arrogant. The dealer treats customers as if they work for him. Never do business with them. Paid in full for a brand new silverado truck, and a few days later when picked up the truck the sales guy wanted another $1000 otherwise he wont give the truck. Double Dipping. thats what it is called. HE took $ 1000 from me and claims another $ 1000 from GM. THe dealer is very unethical in his dealings. Never buy from this dealer again. I requested a sample of Acei Berry at Xtemeberri and the only charge was postage of .99 which I paid with my debit card. I now find that Wellness Labs has "pre-authorized" a debit from my account for $79. I never authorized any form of payment to this company, nor did I enter any "online contract" with them. I see from other posts that this company has a history of this kind debit theft and I will not pay this. This "business" has a web site that is "down" so you can't contact them.
