Several months ago my daughter was told she needed a root canal. They referred her to a specialist, and set her up with G.E. My father gave my husband an $80.00 sizzler gift card that our local sizzler restaurant won't honor. I the site is bogus. They send people who are on free accounts emails telling them there are castings and commercials they are perfect for but they have to email them back to audition. To email you must buy a membership. Then those "agents" just give you a link to submit yourself. I then cancelled as the site was a scam and they kept charging me for a membership. I gave them proof of my insurance during my appointment, and they never billed them. Instead the extremely rude and condescending secretary accused me of not having insurance. I offered to fax or email paperwork so that she could bill the insurance and she refused to give me a fax number or email address. I called them several times to help them fill out the paperwork, and they didn't do anything. Instead she sent me a bill for work that is 100% covered by my insurance. I too have been scammed by this company as when I first opted for the supposedly free trial the page froze and my payment did not go through. In a way I was glad as I thought it sounded too good to be true. Any way after 4 weeks and no payment showing on my bank account I tried again, received the trial pack cancelled it the same week and still got charged this week. Customer Services were no help and hung up on me saying that it was payment for my June order which was not accepted!
