Went to HEB to purchase groceries on 6/18/09. On 6/20/09 went to purchase an item that only cost $22 from an online company. My debit card was declined due to lack of funds. I know I had enough to buy that item so I checked my account online. That is when I found out that HEB double pulled the money from my checking account when I bought my groceries. I called the store and the only "help" that was offered was to give me a different phone number to call in a few days and they might "try" to "investigate" it. On June 19, 2009 at about 1:30pm, my husband, son, son's girlfriend, and myself went to Applebee's. My husband ordered a ceasar salad and some chicked fettacini bowl. The salad had whole leaves and had to be cut. His chicken bowl was just warm. My son and girlfriend ordered a 2 for $20 meal. The cheese sticks were very good. This establishment has had many calls of complaints. One of the bosses, will not do anything to correct the problem to the correct people. She only gets onto those she doesn't like. She also like to harass the employees if they don't confine to her ways or do certain "favors". Plus, if you call in a complaint and she finds out who you are, and its your friend or relative who works there, she will take trash on you to other employees. I had purchased $286.17 worth of paint. I had received great service at the paint counter. As I was approaching the check out area, a checker named Linda signaled me to come to the self checkout area. The requirement for position is to move to company site. The company security suite is on site. there are 2 alarm systems built into the sweet to respond to as trained for. Very unprofessional company. Order product and its taken over a month to get the product. When I call their customer service to cancell order, representative assured me of cancellation but no email confirmation. I ordered a replica Louis Vuitton purse from them and they sent me the wrong one. I have tried repeatedly to get them to correct the problem and they will do nothing. Even after sending them a picture of the purse I received along with the purse that I ordered, they still claim that they sent me the correct one. Which, if you saw the pictures is absolutely ridiculous. They claim "100% satisfaction guaranteed" on their website but those are meaningless words as they do not honor them. I did not order the product. I was approached once and decided to try it once. The product arrived and two days later another box arrived. I have attempted to contact them and find no vehicle to do so except a Distribution Center that is not responding. I plan to notify my credit card company when the bill arrives that I agreed to one trial sample but after using it only two days, I find it sticky and drying. I was looking at this web site and it said for $1.98 I could join and make money. I was supposed to have 7 days to change my mind. In small print I found out they are going to charge you 69.99 a month, I canceled my order right away. They took my 1.98 out on the next day after I orderd it and then 4 days later they took 69.99 out of account. when I tried to call them all you get is a recording. these people are just stealing your money. Sending incorrect/fictitious job descriptions. For eg. the job description for a Project Manager for a firm in NJ (does not say where in NJ) was sent stating that ...The Business group, not the most important aspect of the position, is the Clinical business folks (i.e. Doctors and clinicians).
