The packaging of the product was flimsy, and when I received it the bottle was smashed and half of the capsules were destroyed. When I took the product I felt a lot of discomfort, which stopped as soon as I quit taking the capsules. I tried again, and the pain returned. I was friends with the owner/operator of this company, John Faigle. He offered to sell me a pair of boots at a discounted price last July 2008, so I wrote him a check and mailed it to him. He promptly cashed the check and surprise surprise, I still have no boots and it's been ELEVEN MONTHS!!! And numerous emails and phone calls later, he still hasn't provided me with the boots or a refund.
