The "free trial" is only good for 10 days from the Day You Order The Product. On the 11th day they charge your credit card 78.23 for keeping the "free trial" kit. In my situation, I ordered the product on the 22nd of April, received it on the 26th and was charged 78.23 on the 27th. I went there for a procedure called pro lipo and I had a lot of problems with Elan med spa when I was done. I will start with the most serious problem. I went to Cato's in Warrensburg Mo to try to find some cute comfy clothes to fit me, being 5 months pregnant it isn't always easy. So I started off in the plus size section tried on about 10 items only to realize they were all to baggy. I put every thing back on the hangers just like they were, as I usually always do. I love Burger King, we now have one in Magnolia TX, it is the worst place to order anything, they can't speak english, and they never get your order right. This last time I ordered food was fries and a whopper, they gave me the Whopper and I told them this was not all I ordered where were my fries. She said I did not charge your for them, I knew that. Their specialists; i.e. cardiologists and others, are not available at their local locations. On December 31, I was presented a physician from this clinic, and they will not recommend specialists or others out of the Kelsey Sebold network, but promised availability at their local clinics. I went in for a estimation and a cleaning and was scheduled an appointment for I came back on the appointment day and they took x-rays. So after taking x-rays and checking my teeth they didnt mention anything about a cleaning and told me i needed 12 root canals and 12 crowns and 4 tooth extractions with a total cost of $38, 000+. Fenway Dental advertise brace for $ 99 PER MONTH. We went in and I gave them 1, 300.00 dollars up front and 160 per month. I was in such pain I could not eat and went on pain medicine from my doctor. I have charges on my credit card statement on 4/03/04--one in the amount of $5.83 and another in the amount of $14.95. Then on 4/20/09 I have another charge against my account for $78.23. The agreement said we were to have 10 days free trial of product but we did not receive it until April 29, and the charge was made on April 20. I do not know what the first two charges are for. I called cinergy health ins. to get a quote, first I got some one and she got my phone number so a rep. could call me back, I wanted for them to send me literature so my husband could review and read about it, the person I spoke with said for me to ask the rep.
