Worst service ever for soldiers. We had a great Pizza Hut here in Fort Polk, but over the last 30 days it has gone down to trash. Our soldiers now go to the other Pizza Hut in Leesville, which is now worst! I went to this clinic for a filling which required an exam and xrays. After unsucessfully numbing my tooth they proceeded to grind away. I informed them that the tooth was not numb. I directed them to continue drilling after they tried yet again to numb my tooth and waited so long to come back that it was allready wearing off. Dropped off my dress to be cleaned/preserved. They not only tried to return it to me with stains larger than when I dropped it off, but they damaged a 6 inch section of the dress. Instead of the regular sweet cream ice cream, I figured I'd get the sinless sweet cream ice cream since they recommended that on the web site as a healthy alternative. This is my 3rd visit to this place. 1st visit was the x-ray and general examination. 2nd visit was for tooth filling. They charged me $180 even though my co-pay was $about 130. On my third visit I paid $150 when I had to pay then $50. They credited me the difference between $180 and $130 from the 2nd service during the 3rd service co-pay ONLY when I asked them. We had a product sample shipped by Fed-x from Seattle to Guangzhou, China, to our employee there.
