I have tried to get Dave to fulfill my order numerous times through the web site email and through phone calls to no avail. Never any answer. But he continues to take paid orders, keeping the money and ignoring the order. I had dental work done on February 18, 2009. The claims were mailed. Today is April 27, 2009 and I still have not been reimbursted. I ordered a 14 day free trial for a tooth whitening product. I saw nothing stating you had 14 days from the date of order to cancel, or that it was a monthly shipping product. I was approached by a saleswoman from a Premier kiosk at a mall in Albany, NY. Michell, the saleswoman, was likeable and funny... and also a liar but I only learned that later. He is an internal Medicine doctor who diagnosed a patient with Bipolar incorrectly and cause the patient to be handcuffed by Frisco Police and taken to Green Oaks Psychiatric Hospital for four days where she almost lost her life due the poor care there. She was not Bipolar but suffered being given Haldol and Seroquel which was not the correct treatment plan. She really need no treatment plan at all from Green Oaks Psychiatric, she was not suicidal or a dangers to others. I bought a white gold ring set from Shane Company after having worn another white gold set for ~15 years from another company. After about 3 years I developed an allergy to the ring and the color of the ring changed from white to pale gold. They now indicate that the ring must be treated with rhodium every 6 mos to 1 year to prevent allergies and keep the color.
