I contacted them today at 1-800-360-1477 and talked to a Mark James who asked if I had read the fine print that stated I had twenty days to cancel the subscription. I canceled my subscription today on 3/11/2009 which is 21 days from the date of the order. I said that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank and he said that if I did that it might hold up the return of my money. They are very deceptive in their marketing. Well I was a customer for 3 years. All I have to say is that after you get your new hair and wear it for one month, the hair starts getting very dry and brittle and starts falling out of the hair system.
