I ordered a free sample on 1/29/2009. On 1/30/2009 I found out this was a scam operation and I called to cancel my order. On 2/2/2009, I called a second time to confirm the cancellation. Both times I was told that my order had been cancelled. Pure fitness entered the wrong expiration date on my membership then started calling me and asking about late dues and added fees for being overdue. I made the mistake of using this doctor to have my wisdom teeth removed over a year ago and my jaw is still not the same! He is AWFUL.
