Pepsi & Saturday Night Live
I noticed that Pepsi decided to work with Saturday Night Live and create a commercial for their products during the Super Bowl. Does Pepsi not understand that SNL is a very liberal anti-Republican show? Does Pepsi not understand that their is such a thing called unproductive advertising? I stopped watching SNL because it promotes a one sided political ideology. Since Pepsi has decided to work with SNL my only option is to stop drinking Pepsi products. My husband and I went to Dr. Brannon for 3 years and unfortunately had invisalign done through him during that time. He does not care about his patients only making money. I order the free trial for $5.95 shipping & handling. If you do not cancel within 15 days of their shipping, you get charged and addition $88.62 which is non-refundable. I worked for Advantage for two months and in that time I discovered over five violations of state and federal law, mostly dealing with breaks and treatment of employees. When I reported these violations to the company's vice president, I was fired for "insubordination"

I placed an order at hellouggs on the 4th of jan! its now the 3rd of febrary and no uggs hav arrived! they gave me a tracking number for ems shipping which constantly says 'dispatched from sorting office'. These advertised employment posting sites are posting marketing schemes and business opportunities as valid employment listings.
Work at home schemes, franchise schemes, staffing agencies using
site for recruitment purposes, marketing for schools..etc.
These sites are full of scam, spam; so many marketing scheme listings
it makes them no longer useful as "ADVERTISED" employment sites.
They need to be removed from public domains.

Site for Sore Eyes
My experience with them was terrible. I was misinformed about the product I was receiving and when I realized what had happened shortly after signing on the dotted line they essentially laughed in my face and pointed out their no cancellation clause. I was told that because I didn't have what they'd said earlier in writing I had no legal recourse.
To top it all off they charged me some additional undocumented bogus $50 fee before they'd give me my glasses.

I received eye glasses on 12/12/08. They charged me for bifocals, which was incorrect, therefore they remade my glasses for single vision, but they charged to my credit card the amount for bifocals. Therefore they were supposed to refund me $30.00. This company is big in making fake promises to employees and ripping them off. They are in business as a staffing agency but when I joined the company, I came to know that they make fake resumes of their employees to place them with clients. I ordered a free 30 day trial. There is no place that say they will charge you the following month $79.95. The sit has a very very small place where you add a check mark saying you agree to the terms. It is on a separate web/screen so most people do not see it. I was also charged 19.-95 to a partner website calld fit-fac, I called both PLACES AND EXPLAINED THAT THEIR WEBSITE WAS DECEPTIVE AND THAT I WOULD REPORT THEM. both places told me they will refund the money for both months on my credit card... the number for acaia slim is 877-271-4199 fit fac number is 866-407-1022I hope this helps.

OMG!!! I really didn't realize how cheap McDonalds has actually become!! September 2008 -I called in to see the price of 1 carat tanzanite gem. The price was too high (I had seen them earlier for less money) so I told the rep I did not want the order. I then received 2 one carat tanzanite stones in the mail. I called customer service - extremely long wait, spoke with supervisor and she agreed to refund my credit card to include shipping. They sent a Fed X box to me and I returned the gems on 9/26/09. On 2/2/09 I called to follow up and was told they would send a request to accounting, rep stated they take a long time for refunds.

I have literally just been into the Salford branch of Macdonalds and ordered three meals one of which had to be vegetarian, as it was a vege deli sandwich. DAC services is now USIS. I tried to get a copy of my DAC from USIS and to my understanding you have to be a member of USIS therefore to become a member, you must have a USDOT DAC #, Be an owner of/or qualified representative of the company and have a dot number.
What happened to the fair credit reporting act? Is it not a legal right of the driver AS WELL AS the employer to see what we are being haunted by? This sound unfair to me. read full review »
