Basically these scumbags call you in and you expect it to be an open call for modeling, then then rush you through conversation and say you need photos to get into the modeling world. Basically they trick you into spending hundreds of dollars for nothing, because i was never called or given the photos and was reffered to 0 modeling agencies. late payments to this company are to them are unacceptable and a breach of contract, regardless if your own busines burnes up and you need a month or 2 to get things straitened out.Yes it happened all my other credit card companies and dept store cards were understanding and had no problems espiecally in the hard economic times we all faceing now so my advice is to never let emergencies happen that might make you late on a payment or just never get a jared card. Ordered rind 5 weeks ago was suppose to be shipped in 10-14 days . Still no ring, ad said won't charge credit card until shipped but it has been on ny card for 4 weeks. Called several times and always told it will be shipped today or tomorrow at latest. Like others have said - they are the worst company for returns I have ever come across. I have been a loyal customer for years and they suddenly decided that I did not return something in time and will not credit my card as I requested. A 30 day return policy is ludicrous for an internet catalog company - 30 days could easily be the time it takes to receive the package, return it the same day, and then they would probably not really look at it for another month! Do not shop with them if at all possible - definitely not if you think you may have to return something. It's better off to go somewhere else! read full review »

I have been ripped off by this company. Just like many others, I ordered the sample and paid the shipping and handling. Received the 1 bottle and a week later received another. My CC company called and asked me if I had made a purchase of $89 to some other company name I did not know. I said no and thankfully they cancelled my card. NEVER BUY UGGS from bobostore.com They are first off from china and sell fakes. Secondly if you are trying to buy outside of china they will be held up in customs. I ordered boots on December 7th 2008 they never were delivered. About a month and a half later(so much for christmas!) I received a letter from customs telling me that if I wanted to receive them I would be placed on a "watch" list. I have communicated with them every week for 3 months and no refund. Do not trust these people. I was told I could make payments on dentures and then told several weeks later after making a down payment that they had changed their policies and I must pay in cash up front. I was then told that I would have to make my appointments one at a time, no preschedueling, and wait six weeks between appointments. No thanks. Now they won't give me a refund. I will be taking them to court. Save yourself the grief and go to a reputable dentist. It may cost a little more but any money given to these people is a waste. read full review »

The "free" 30 day trial of this "miracle" pill was just a mere $1.95 shipping fee. Product arrives without any written stipulations or phone number. One month later my credit card is charged not only the $1.95 but also a $80.00 fee for that same bottle. After spending 45 minutes straight on their 1-800 # I was finally connected to a person who tells me that not only do I have to pay this fee but another one has already been submitted for the same amount for the next bottle they have sent. When Companies like this come up, they will do anything to keep these products going, and can keep charging your accounts, until you totally cancel your bank accounts, and start over. It stated on the agreement he sign there are no refunds. He then filled a chargeback through his credit card company for $900. He did not let us finish the campaign and our company was out $1000.
