No where on the order did I see that I was signing up for a monthly charge I never received the free trial product and have now been charged $86.85. I too bought Total Cleanse and Acai Berry as a free trail with no obligation. The add that I used to order is not on the webb now, bit they gave the example that most companies want to sign you up for monthly business but they will not. As a individual with no insurance due to full time schooling and decreased employment oppertunities from the market I was forced to enter the ER in November 2008. I was diagnosed with pneumonia but under went many extensive proceedures to verify pneumonia. The hospital was fully aware I was uninsured but billed me to the fullest extent. Along with all the others that have complained I agree you cannot reach anyone for support. The support number is busy all day. When you do get through you get a robotic answer. The website did not disclose that they were backordered for weeks. When you do get through they cannot find your order in the system. I order my child a small 70 cc Apollo (Orion) dirt bike, the main reason I went with this bike was cause it was just as small as the 50cc, but I was able to find training wheels and a governor to put on it from another company which ran me another $130.00 on top of the $625.00 I paid for the bike. Further into the literature it States if you use the product your Credit Card which I used with the company last year will be charged $34.95. I purchase two 4G MP3 Player for my children christmas gift. I went to lucilleroberts fitness center to workout with a staff trainer 12/19/08 at 3:30pm. My Uncle was admitted into this hospital on the 15 of October with Pneumonia. After the 2nd day there a nurse (RN) named Leanne was telling him and family member that because of insurance reasons they would be releasing him in a couple of day's.
