Service was slow and grudging. Tthe 'single' burger was dry, with grease visibly congealed. Fries were inedible, the grease, no longer oil, was nasty. I signed up, the package arrived with no packing slip or instructions on returning or canceling your membership. I purchased a hot air balloon ride through 1800SkyRide on October 9, 2006 for my wife's birthday on October 17, 2006. We found out about a high-risk pregnancy on October 16 and were not allowed to use the serve per doctor's order. We called the business and requested a refund. Most of the claims I submit to Wage Works is denied for supporting documentation. These bills were for a Radiology Dept, Radiologist, ER room, ER Physician and an eye doctor. My insurance company sent me duplicate EOB's which I submitted to Wage Works. They state 1. that they did not receive all EOB's (eventhough I faxed together with my claim form) 2. This company claims to prepare MBA graduates for internships with private equity firms. Unfortunately, the coursework fall short of teaching anything useful. The information provided does not give any insight into the industry. The claim that the students will get an internship is also a joke as the only internship available is with Mathew Murray's private equity stock exchange web firm. I am so ashamed that I fell for this and I hope others are warned so that they may be aware of the deception of this company. One thing I do credit them with is responding and having a valid address to voice complaints even though they are not able to readily correct things and they cause a lot of worry and hassle until it gets resolved. I too have been charged $89.31 on my credit card. Thank you all for pointing this out on this board. I will try the numbers mentioned in other (multiple) complaints to see if I can be refunded. I am sick of the disreguard that the VA has for it's patients.
