I ordered a trial shipment which was to cost 4.95. A few days later I received a 30 day supply which was charged to my credit card for $89.31. The phone numbers they provide for questions, returns, cancellations, etc. are not working numbers. Also, no address was listed. I have cancelled my credit card however, I must pay the $89.31 charge. I placed an order for a pair of boots about a month and a half ago, and still they have not been received. The post office always sends me slips in the mail if I miss a delivery and so far I have not even gotten the slip from them; so I am to assume that they were never even shipped. After watching the commercial for four straight days we decided to try the new subs. The bread was hard, there was hardly any meat on the sandwiches.And the cheese on my philly cheese steak sub was black and hard around the edges. This appears to be an operation that at best has poor service, at worst is out to do harm. I placed an order by phone on 9/20/08 with sales rep Alfred. Bullyed me into signing over my motorcycle temporarily in order to help my dying mother. Umlauf then would not allow me the priviledge of owning it again. He was jealous that the motorcycle was built for me by friends and coworkers. Umlauf is not an honest person so he will never have anyone care enough to do anything special for him. Professional flyer, sent by mail and then must send check to an address that ends up being a UPS Mailbox operation. Checks are cashed in Canada and weightloss product is never received. Received a flyer from JC Penney to enter a shopping spree, called the 8OO number and was offered a chance to listen to a sales pitch for life insurance from Stonebridge Insurance. I was transferred to Stonebridge and was told about the product. Healthpartners coded this office visit in such a way that my insurance company, Blue Cross/Blue Shield would not pay for the visit as an office visit.
