I visited this food mart and was unaware that they kept a dog inside of the food mart with the food and othet items. I know this msut be unsafe, against health laws and illegal. The owner was the least bit concern and the cashier response was "Chill just Chill" when I ask him to get the dog so that I could get of of the store unharmed. I could not believe the attitude of the owner. No concernor care at all. This company used to have a person to cancel orders, which I did - twice -with assurances this would be cancelled and charges taken off of my account; now they only refer to the gohelpnow.com website which is virtually useless. I would like to complain about RealCare.biz, insurance company that offers the worst customer service. I spoke with them at the Realtor Expo on Oct 15 2008 which was 2 weeks ago and they promised to call me with follow up because I needed insurance and needed to get it by the end of October so I can cancel my existing policy and get a new one starting Nov 1st. Hccua is a total rip-off. I feel that the policy was misrepresented from the beginning. I have made several calls about the failure to pay certain claims and they always have some excuse. One example was over a flu shot that was not paid for. Preventative claims were suppose to be paid. The lady told me that it was the doctors fault because it was not submitted to the company as a preventative claim. Why did they think I took a flu shot---trying to get the FLU I guess. We went to the shop located in the Pentagon City mall in VA in August and purchased some dress. We are very sure that we never opted to purchase any magazine. In the last two months, we got couple of PARENTING magazine and assumed that it was free sample. We are sure because never we gave the credit card info. Couple of days back, there was a charge for PARENTING mag. on my CC. We are totally panicked and called the mag. office. They disclosed that they got the info from Pentagon store.
