On August 19, 2008 I placed an order at ComfortFeetShop.com for a pair of shoes. I received an email confirmation for the product but nothing was shipped. I called repeatedly but no one answered the phone - eventually I resorted to leaving a message. No call back. On September 7, 2008 I still had not received the goods. I emailed the company to cancel the order and called again (no answer, so left a message). Amount of $89.31 was deducted from my checking account before the 14 day cancellation. Called and was able to reach company and told them I had not received their product, and that it was going to be returned when ever it was delivered to the post office. The product was returned and I was told that a reversal of charge will be posted to my account within 14 business days after they received the product back. I was given a confirmation number. I specfically did not check yes for membership when I decided to try this. Their website must recheck it for you when you send. I just received my shippemnt with the fact in very small print at the bottom that I would be auto billed every two months and that I would also be billed another $79.80 for the remainder of my free 14 days supply, despite the fact I only have 8 days to try before that bill will be applied. To return the item is impossible because they provided an address to return the item but yet cannot be return without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) that can only be obtain by calling the 1-866-938-4832. I visited your Pharmacy located in Wildwood, NJ and submitted my prescription for Viagra. The pharmacist informed me in public with loud voice that my insurance only approves Levitra because Viagra is a "pleasure drug for recreation".
