It took 40 minutes for me to get to KFC, which my whole family wanted, and 20 minutes to get home only to discover that the chicken was swimming in a puddle of grease which made it very soggy. My husband drove back to get another bucket, and it was packed. He reached them by phone while standing in the restaurant and they informed him that they will replace the chicken. So he comes back home and we try to salvage dinner by eating the meat and it was not even done, raw! and very tough. My Mother had a stroke and has been to this doctor as a family doctor and she seems to like him. I think that he is a fraud. Everytime she need blood pressure medicine he only perscriptions 3 mos and calls her into his office for a fee every three months. The new manager of the store that has the posted complaint went out of her way to go to my fathers nursing home fit him and take glasses back. I had no other way to help him see and it was the fifth store I had been at trying to get help for Dad. They went above and beyond to help me and if that is how they view customer service should be I will tell everyone I ever meet to go there. No problems with glasses at all in the past 3 months. Had the worst haircut ever by a "hairstylist" named Mariela. She said she had eighteen years experience in Bulgaria but the cut she did looked like a child pulled the hair out with his fist. My instructions for the haircut were for her to even out both sides and work more on the left side. I never hit the submit button and closed out of the website. I found a charge for the shipping on my charge card. Be aware that even if you do not hit the submit button they still have the ability to have your information and account number and they will charge you.
