Company charged my account for $88.97 which was unauthorized after I sent for one of their free products and was told it would only cost $5.95 in shipping. Thir phone numbers keep changing and they constantly change their name and add just slightly. No one answers the phone, there is no phone number for a billing department and e-mails go unanswered. I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam. I received an e-mail offering Acai-Pure for the cost of shipping only ($4.95). When the package arrived it contained an invoice for $44.85 and contained two products I did not order. Instructions for return of unwanted products stated you needed an RMA number from Customer Care which could be obtained via e-mai or the 888 number. No one answers the phone—you punch in numbers but never get a live body. The e-mails are not returned. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. Today October 5, 2008 I stopped by Stater Brothers for my Grocery Shooping. On My way to the cashier I grabed a cold miller lite Beer. When I was about to pay I was asked for a proff of I.D I'm 28 years old with enough age to purchase alcochol drinks. All I had with me was a valid / current non U.S.Passport. I was treated with discrimination when I was told that passport was not valid for I.D. Eventhough my passport was current with a valid photo I.D and D.O.B was not accepted by cashier or store manager. My Wife went there today for a simple hair trim. Her hair is straight, parted in the middle. She asked for it to be trimmed to the level of her chin. This place has been a nightmare. All we wanted was our family to have cleanings. our insurance pays this 100% including the x-rays. We get a bill for everyone that we owe money!!!
