We ordered 2 Angus burgers at the Sonic Drive-in on Vance Jackson & Loop 410. We were shocked and disgusted to bite into partially frozen meat! Took burgers in and manager only offered to cook us new burgers (I tried to eat mine, but couldn't after the previous experience). Manager gave a lame excuse about why burgers were frozen. They sold diet aid to my son who is a minor. Then they debited his account twice for product he never recieved and made his account go into overdraft. Not only should they not sell diet aids to minors, but minors can not enter contracts without adult signature. Have contacted company. I bought my wife some hoop earrings from Gordon's Jewelers online. She loved them, but the clasps were weak and after only two days of wear one fell out and was ran over in a parking lot. I understand there is a 30 day return for a full refund policy however, the 30 days starts at the day I ordered the SAMPLE. I purchased an Ideal Spa Cover, Inc vinyl replacement cover for $430 just over 1 year ago. Just this past week, I noticed that ALL of the handles and tie downs (made of webbing material) just absolutely disintegrated! The company warranty says that they will fix the vinyl but that I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS which is going to cost me another $40-50 for fixing their defective cover. I totally trusted this doctor. My biggest mistake. He ended up ruining my whole nose, including my health. He turned my nose up almost 100%. He calls it the Barbie look.
