Had the worst haircut ever by a "hairstylist" named Mariela. She said she had eighteen years experience in Bulgaria but the cut she did looked like a child pulled the hair out with his fist. My instructions for the haircut were for her to even out both sides and work more on the left side. She completely ignored me and made so many layers on the right side and totally ruin my great bangs in the front. The hair is so short and ruined that the only solution is a wig. I thought I wanted try this product and completed the necessary information for the "free trial" of the product and decided after entering in all of the information that I did not want it. I never hit the submit button and closed out of the website. I found a charge for the shipping on my charge card. Be aware that even if you do not hit the submit button they still have the ability to have your information and account number and they will charge you. I used go to SONIC drive-in in Bella Vista, AR on a regular basis. We ordered 2 Angus burgers at the Sonic Drive-in on Vance Jackson & Loop 410. We were shocked and disgusted to bite into partially frozen meat! Took burgers in and manager only offered to cook us new burgers (I tried to eat mine, but couldn't after the previous experience). Manager gave a lame excuse about why burgers were frozen. I understand there is a 30 day return for a full refund policy however, the 30 days starts at the day I ordered the SAMPLE. I purchased an Ideal Spa Cover, Inc vinyl replacement cover for $430 just over 1 year ago. Just this past week, I noticed that ALL of the handles and tie downs (made of webbing material) just absolutely disintegrated! The company warranty says that they will fix the vinyl but that I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS which is going to cost me another $40-50 for fixing their defective cover.
