Rarely have I ever encountered such poor customer service and rudeness. What makes it so surprising is that it is coming directly from the owner of a business who is supposedly here to help people (alternative health care and products). Don't believe mysilverstyles.com, they are CHEATING! I ordered a pair of earrings and a necklace a few days ago. The usps tracking number showed they were mailed from ShangHai China. I had a tooth cavity become abscessed and it eventually infected me with cellulitis and I wound up in the hospital for three days. I continually informed the dentist and endodontist from Perfect Teeth that my condition was getting worst daily even with the antibiotics that were prescribed and they ignored my complaints until I eventually got in to see them for a root canal and they immediately sent me to the hospital. Company only asked for a one time fee of $4.95 for shipping. I only gave permission for them to take that from my credit card. They charged my credit card an additional $69.87. The product was delivered to my house by the bottle not in a box. Several of the packages in the bottle had exploded so the powder which was on the bottom of the container was no longer separated in quantity. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I went to the office and the lady at the desk was rude and impatient. I was inquiring about special directions my doctor attached to my test and she told me that was Labcorp's business. I remained polite and left. I'm guessing the standard's aren't very high to work there if you can't even get subpart customer service. I spent FIVE weeks trying to get a refund on a return. They double-charged me, had mysteriously no record of my return, and basically lied to my face. I called Customer Service over and over and no one was ever available to help me, they were always "in meetings". The customer service reps are worthless. I had a 48 hour hospital stay in May, 2008, due to a stroke (life threatening emergency). I went to the nearest emergency room, which also was still listed on their website a month after my admission as a member provider. It is also listed in the manuals they sent me in 2008 as a member provider. They denied the hospital bill because they say the hospital has not been a member provider since April 2003. Rite Aid used to be Brooks Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was wonderful, helpful and consistantly professional. Now it is Rite Aid. We have had problems since the change over. Well, this happened over 3 yrs ago, but I found out about this forum this morning...hence reporting this! I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems. Do not go to stylist named Kat. She put red highlights in my hair that faded to orange in less than 24 hours. Went back and was told this was normal. On 6/3/08, I bought a ham/turkey/cheese Ready Pac Bistro salad from a local 7-11 store, located on Moody and Crescent in the city of La Palma. I bought it because it looked clean and simple to eat. Seems like a charming, innocuous site, but do not be fooled! After spending a lot of money with them in January - money which was deducted from my Paypal account - to this day I neither got a confirmation email, nor did I ever receive my order. I tried to take up the claim with Paypal two months later, but they told me I was 'too late' to do anything. I beg everyone to avoid this site like the plague!
