I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Dr. Clevens literally WROTE the BOOK on lip surgery! He lectures on this topic, he has done teaching videos for other doctors on surgery of the lip. I needed a root canal before i went to Dr. Haider's office. My jaw was swolen and my back tooth was in pain. He took xray's and stated he could repair tooth without doing root canal. The medical aid has no reason to pay but are so pathetic and don't bother to return your calls or do their jobs. I went to North Roberts dentist for a routine cleaning. That is all! In the lobby they had a new flat screen tv, promoting the horrors of oral cancer. When I sat down in the dentist chair the hygienist (Kystal - HORRIBLE!!!) stated, it was their new policy I had to have an oral cancer exam or they couldn't clean my teeth. I had my prescription for Restasis filled at a CVS, and when dropping off with the pharmacy staff I double checked with them (to make sure they knew) that 2 boxes is actually 1-30 day supply and it is only 1 co-pay.
