Beware of SCAM. I was working with this company that posed as a "Non Profit Organization". They charged me up front, which I found out was illegal for loan modifications, and ended up not getting me a modification and not refunding me any money. They do not offer a refund policy at all. Our contract was for them to lower our home mortgage due to Country Wide charging to much interest and we had not been late or we had not missed a payment. They advised us to miss 6 months of payments so they could re-finance our home. Well they did not do this now our home is in a Short Sell so we don't go in to foreclosure and it still may.
