Salesforce allows the user to connect its Microsoft Outlook to it. A couple of months ago I lost this connection. I have spent the last two months on the phone for hours, responding to emails, to try to fix this small problem. Unfortunately I need it fixed. SO i received a bunch of tickets when I just bought my car because i dint have front plates(previous owner was looking for it).
