After having closed my ezpass account about ten years ago, and returning it to the address they gave me I received a collection letter in August for $40. They say they are revoking my "closed " acct. and are going to collections for the $15 balance and $25 revocation fee. They threaten to ruin my credit. In my opinion, it is a huge scam. They conned my mother into a policy which they said would pay her bills and collect insurances once she passed. This cost about $1500 plus about $70/year which is absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I own two half acre lots joining, we are trying to get a standard septic system put on the property so we can eventually move on it. We were told 11 years ago when we bought it that we could put a septic on each lot, since then some one decided that a septic can't be put on an acre that you need 2 acres.
