I have never been so upset before...with gas prices so high as it is there are still thieves trying to make a buck. I went to the gas station the pump 10 dollars in gas I handed the clerk a 20 bill and walked out for a second, turned around and walked back in and to tell the clerk he forgoto to give me my change. The last three months I have had large pay per click bills with a reduced or no calls for weeks at a time. The click charges were only 59% to 75% of my budget last year but now with little or no phone calls the budget is exceeded each month now. My biggest complaint is that Massena is the most dirtiest town I have ever seen. We have a spring clean up not a fall clean up. We need a fall clean up because there is tons of garbage everywhere put the village is so worried about loosing there pay raises. I had ordered mags. through this outfit about a year or so ago. It took forever to receive them. In may of this year I spent $60.00 on two new magazines. I have yet to see them but you can be sure my check was cashed within the week I wrote it to the company. I got a copy from my bank but Bank of America was no help (the bank their account was set up at). Just wish to make you aware at the disappointing customer service I received at the Kennesaw Georgia Mall I went in to take baby pictures for a story book shoot…Saturday 9.6.08 there was no ac in the store… it was sooo hot.!!! I have spent a couple of thousand dollars with parts and service from Spa Brokers, The tach recently came out and did service on myhot tub, 14.00 for the part and the other 248.00 in service. THey needed to put a new jet into the hot tub. The tech left such a mess it was rediculous. under the Tub and most importantly in the tub. Now I am very worried that the shavings from the drilling to allow a larger jet will now cause pump issus. This will absolutly be the last time I use these people. They promptly took my order on line, and the Sales people are very easy to reach. However, apparently they can not 'transfer' you to anyone in Customer Service or Shipping. They can only take a message.????? Never received order. The tracking number said it left their company, but didn't make it. I called, and sent 4 emails. I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I've called them and they've told me the only other options are Western Union or sending a payment via usps (postal service). I can't believe it. Seriously people, if you order a free trial, READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS!!! It will typically say you have 14 days or 30 days to cancel or they will start charging your account a certain dollar amount. If you do cancel with in time frames, write down the date you cancel and who you talk to. That way, if the merchant continues to charge your account, you have the proper information to give your credit card company when starting a dispute about the transaction. We purchased a Trane HVAC from Home Depot(they contracted out with Advantage Air) on July 14th. It has been leaking for over 2 months and now we have water damage as well as mold. The A/C came with two defective parts. Advantage air has been out over five times and Home depot has been out twice. We are stuck with this defective A/C and no one is taking responsibility for anything. I bought this card, thinking it was a gift card. Then I realized it was a credit card. I tried to take it back to the store where I bought it. It cost me $9.95 for the cost of it and along with the $35.00 for the amount I bought the card for. I called to activate it. I did it over the phone. I tried to use it and found it invalid. I used UPS Store #5851 to send a package via USPS International Priority to Hong Kong. I was charged $45.00 in what the receipt simply calls "International Shipping." When the package arrived in Hong Kong, I was told by the recipient that the actual shipping on the package was $27. When I called the UPS Store to find out why I was charged $18 more, I was told it was an "up-charge" based on a "percentage" of the actual shipping.
