I had a small problem before I reached customer service. I had placed an order to go to two students that had departed to Iraq. The package was lost and never delivered. Was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. I have a problem with my Honda unicorn the bike. The bike starts but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. Some time during travel if I change the gears the moment I leave the clutch the engine stops and jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem. I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, changing the diaphragm in the carburetor. Engine de-carb. Nothing seams to work. Well I guess it depends on the amount of love so empolyees have for there jobs, because when I locked myself out of my car, and USA Locksmith was the first number that 411 had gave me, I called them up and I talk to the dispatcher she told me that someone would arriving in about 20 mins and sure enough he was there he did the job at a fast pace and I was only charge what the dispatcher told and a $15 service fee which was no problem.
