I had ordered three small cloth dolls and it weighed less than 3 ounces. When I asked about the cost of shipping I was told that I would be charged separately. Because the dolls were very light and small, I didn't think it would be alot. But they charged $10. They cannot keep track of customer records and are now being investigated for fraud. From my personal experience they charged my account without my permission and then proceeded to write me a reimbursement check that was dated for thirty days from the date received. This check was for the incorrect amount, and when I called about the amount the only thing that the manger could say is "have your lawyer call my lawyer." She yelled at me over the phone and has been very rude. She hired staff that could not complete their tasks and could have prevented the charge. Do not use this storage unit. read full review »

Someone calling to "verify the name and address" for a listing in a directory, which was followed by an invoice for $410.95. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the bill. Afraid it would hurt our credit, we paid up. I wrote the check in April 2008 and it was cashed in July 2008. I do have to say that I DID receive a CD with the company name & address and am sure it will never be seen by any of our clients...or anyone else either! I ordered quiksell in May 2008 and have sent in lots and lots of deals, with pics, samples were sent and etc. I never hear back from them, they are very slow if they do answer back. This is a new mmo that has come out. They have mislead thousands of people with advertising on what would be available. exapmle but collectors edition and you get buddy keys for friends to try. The management is ridiculously disorganized and unfriendly. I am generally easygoing and has overlooked a few repairs and maintenance in the apartment that were incomplete. The biggest problem was they entered and changed the lock of my apartment when i was out of town FOUR days before my lease was due. They cleared away my things claiming that i was selling my tv to one of the maintenance crew and they came in to take it away. When I go into any Fallas Paredas stores my main complaint that I have is that before customers purchase their clothes they might want to try them on before you buy them and there is no dressing rooms in the store at all. Then when you want to return them back there is no refund given back. To not ask for a return then I think the store should have dressing rooms in the store to make customers not be so angry about their purchases. I purchased a preloadable Visa card from Greendot.com at the grocery. Normally I use fixed preloaded cards, with no problem but these were not available in amounts over $100; and on-line companies insist only one card be used.
