I ordered 2 Kichler mirrors for a bathroom remodel. One was damaged. I contacted Bellacor and they shipped a new mirror. We were out of town when the new mirror was delivered by UPS. The following day UPS returned to pick up the damaged mirror but instead they picked up the new mirror. This was May 29 and we were still out of town. I have been trying ever since to get Bellacor to send back the replacement mirror. My daughter enrolled in their modelling class on the Mississippi gulf coast before Katrina, at a hefty price and was charged, pay per you class. $100.00. After the hurricane they called and requested she continue classes and after a few classes the just left the area with no explanation at all. These girls were devastated and lied to. I received my weekly unemployment check in the mail. As I had to pick up a few things at Wal-mart which is five minutes from my home, I decided to cash the check via the money center there. Whist at a motor show my wife and I seen a used motor home displayed by the big company Wandahome. We deposited £1000 on the understanding that we tested the vehicle later as they could not take it off site. I was a customer today in this Wal-mart and was the vicitm of a crime that occurred in their parking lot. Insted of being treated like the victim that I was, I was treated like the criminal. I have never been so upset as I was by a store assistant manager who didn't see the seriousness of the situation. 2 wheels were stolen from my car and my car was vandalized. I tried to ask about the video cameras in the parking lots, he refused to tell me anything and even refused to talk to me about the crime. Company's dedicated customer service numbers are completely automated. There is no way to speak to a representative. Numbers are busy with no option to leave a call back number. On line dispute reuires a two-digit ID number which appears nowhere. I bought a Fastcard pre-paid atm card for my teen aged son. According to instructions, you transfer it over to a pre paid credit card. We followed the instructions, and waiting for a month for the new card. I gave them a call. That was a miracle to get to talk to someone live.
