Ordered one day service flowers for delivery at 8am. Flowers never arrived and its a day and a half later. I used the online customer service which had a bad link. The automated mail told me it would check with the local florist. Nothing ever came of it. Their phone "service" stated due to the holiday rush, no one was available and to try at another time. BE AWARE !!!!!!! There is anothe scam out there for medication. They call thereself : HORIZON DRUGS.COM . I ordered medication with them on November 4th and never ever received medication. Both my husband & I were struggling through serious health issues & surgeries when these charges hit the MasterCard. As soon as I noticed it, there were already 3 months of charges. I tried to trace it, then called Sears who had issued the card. They removed one month's charge and changed my credit account number. BUT they have done nothing to help resolve the issue which I refuse to pay. Looking back I think they knew immediately that it was a fraudulent charge. PSI Exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across. Regrettably, PSI has the contract for many states to administer state exams -- real estate, auditor, contractors, etc. What no one at your training center will tell you is that you have to deal with PSI. We just bought the new Gambler Cigarette Machine because we roll our own cigarettes, its cheaper, but this new machine is absolutely the worst ever. The main problem and it is a problem is that when you put the cigarette tube on the end of the machine, you have to take a toothpick and try to clean the other tobacco out from the previous cigarette that you just rolled.
