After three emails with no response, I finally was able to make contact with the Black Light Shp. At that time I was told how to return the blacklight and was told once it was received they would refund the dollars. As instructed by The Blacklight Shop, I returned the item to the address specified 4/25/11, they received deliver on 5/2/11.
