Over the last two weeks I tried to purchase tickets two different time for the the San Jose Sharks playoff games. Both times I placed the order, my credit card was charged and then about 30 minutes later I was called and told that the tickets were not availible. I was driving to pick up my daughter from school and had to complete a rolling test, while providing this test it had said failed. Prior to providing the test I had put a pinch of Cope in and it had failed. I do believe that this had something to do with the fail. Jerry Buchanan agreed to buy a radio from me. Money was sent to me via PayPal. Since I had been 'paid' I sent the item to him in Oklahoma. After it was sent (the same day) he reversed the payment, not paying for the radio I sent him. He also has not, or will not, return it to me, or pay me for it. He has emailed me using profanity, and called me a liar, stating that he didn't reverse the payment (I have proof that he did from PayPal), and that PayPal had paid me. They did not. I received a package of recipe cards in the mail. It was actually sent to an old address I had moved from in 2009, but USPS forwarded it to me. The cards had the usual offer to subscribe for more, get free gifts, and such. Also in the package was an invoice for 0.99 for the cards they sent.
