We have several past due invoices with this company, we transported machinery and/or equipment for his customers under his asking. School has no issue changing "school policies" (using term loosely) without informing students or even administration and leaving veterans in a hardship. Information is usually found out through other routes than the college or the persons responsible for the change. Change isn't the issue here, its the lack of respect from the responsible person to inform students of changes before it causes such a hardship. Ordered sewing patterns from Sewing patterns.com and when confirmation email received the address was wrong. Emailed them and told them but they said they had been posted to the right address. Paid thru Paypal and by the time I realised that I wasn't going to get the patterns the 30 days were up so lost my money. The amount was around $70 NZ. They pick and choose what they consider a violation of their "TOS" based soley on if you are a paying customer or not. This is praise for Model Rectifier Corporation. Last week they did me the great service of replacing the defective decals from a kit of theirs, after I had set about getting replacements for some missing parts from the same kit.
