I am posting this to save people grief and frustration when deciding if to purchase a trailer from Rangeland RV. This company had our brand new trailer and work was not professional. We paid for them to install 2 solar panels and one was not installed correctly. Upon picking up the trailer, and towing home for use, a solar panel ripped off the roof, and left 4 holes in the roof. I have a 2003 200 Optimax Sportjet with 130hrs on it and the motor has blown. After 3 weeks of trying to figure out why the motor broke, it was determined by a Marine Surveyor that a bad casting of the #5 piston was to blame. Contacted Mercury, apparently the manufacturing warranty is for a whole year only. It is no longer a manufacturing issue and the warranty is useless. We were approached in December 2009 by UFC as we were interested in selling our Time Share Points. They said they already had a buyer for these and we agreed a price. They then said they needed a security deposit of €1200.00 which we paid by visa Credit card. The contract was for 1 year - the first purchaser they mentioned pulled out. I had a letter delivery that had to be delivered within 24 hours to my son, a US Marine, stationed in CA. It was TIME SENSITIVE.
