Theodore Muran Photo Studios overcharged me for a photography session after I was choosen at their modeling competition in Seattle. As a winner my prize was a complete photo session with Theodore Muran and his team but I was made to pay $800 to get my comps. If I had won then it should be free. He tried to get the other two girls who won to pay also and they both agreed so he has made alot of money from all of us. This is not fair. Missrepresented themselves as a way of getting recognition for your accomplishments in a national listing for five years at a cost of over $600.00 and they plan to take more money without delivering anything from thier end. Two round trip airline tickets, a leather bound book with a publishing of myself in it and a certificate of appreciation. On Sunday October 11th, 2009 a few coples and our children do our regular fall trip to this winery and we always make it a pont to go bring some activities fr the children. This company is putting charges every month on my visa card. My 80 yr old Aunt and I use the Visa card and neither one of this authorized this charge. I have no idea what this is, and if I did inadvertently use it I would have notified them that I don't want it. Holding Mailed Payments Until After Due Dates to Collect Late Fees of $10.00 I usually send my bills on the USPS with plenty of time, never been late, but on the following statement received a "late payment charge" and when I called Customer Service they was rude, requested to talked to a supervisor who was rude and did not show any concern noe willingness to a reasonable solution blamed the postal service and refused to refund the money. after that experience I always make my payments in person and always request a receipt... and too with plenty of time before the due date. read full review »

I was surprised how quickly the first time (Oct 1) that I sent money the transaction was done the same day within minutes. Therefore, I used Xoom again on same circumstance as 1st transaction; unfortunately, the second time (Oct 6) the transaction is taking days! In fact, payment is still in process, despite Xoom withdrawing the cash Oct 7. It is no Oct 9 - and still waiting! We send money to the Philippines to help relatives, esp at this time of calamity. Clasp Homes provides housing for developmentally disabled individuals and is a not for profit organization in the state of CT. They broken a 1 year lease after 4 months for a property leased to 2 of their clients. They refuse to discuss this matter, referring us to their legal counsel, yet failing to provide contact information for their legal counsel. First I noticed a charge of 10.95 from AG Skin Care from CA, which was immediately followed by a Fast Action Rez-Vera charge of 4.99 from GBR! Later-on a Foreign Transduction fee appeared as well. As you must have guessed by now I obviously did not place the order! After that, AG Skin Care kept billing me and sending me unwanted products. We had mediacom for over 2 yrs. It was horrible. If you were on the internet the phone didn't work, if you were on the phone the internet wouldn't work. The phone didn't work more than it did. I called probably 20 times regarding the phone. Technician came out and nothing was wrong. They replaced modem and it worked for couple of days. This auction site often fails to recognize auction numbers, thus I cannot use the credits I bought from them to make my bids. Also it will often give a generic "could not submit bid" when it fails to put a successful bid in - with no explanation. If you really need to bid on something and can't tolerate failure, DON'T use stealthbid. I was informed recently that if we worked any overtime we needed to fill out an exception log to be paid this overtime. I have been working there since Feb. 2009 and just found this out. Nobody is told this when getting hired. I was not paid for the overtime I put in. I did a lot of 12 hour shifts for Elderwood, and came in on my days off to help out.
