Delivery service to my address, has fallen into all time low. Mail delivery was being delivered around 10 am, now mail arrives at 4 pm. Letter carrier on today delivery was very rude, almost offensive when I ask why a certain item was not delivered at register time it was supposed to be delivered. You are offered to join other sites when ordering trial period, but even if you decline, they sign you up, and your card is charges. The customer service number never answers. Stopped by the YMCA after school program on a Friday to see my son and he was having a seizure. Told them to call 911 and by the time the ambulance arrived the seizure was over. YMCA categorized it as bad behavior in an incident report and refused to give me a copy of the report.
