I have been receiving unsolicited telephone calls from a company called EB Marketing on my fax data line. I have registered my number 813-949-3415 on the do not call website. The calls come in late at night like 9:30 pm. and are disturbing. It is a recorded message and you can't get through to a live party nor do they offer the option of being removed from their list. THis is a direct violation of the DO NOT CALL GUIDELINES> They claim to offer a 20 minute audio on marketing and making lots of money. I have not been with Facecard for long. But it is a pre-paid debit card you can get direct deposit through. I had a debit card but my dog got to my wallet and chewed up a strip on the card so I had to order a new one. When you order a new one online they automatically cancel the current card and you receive the replacement one within 7-10 business days. the gentleman"bjorn Lewis" showed driver's liscence from Florida and began demonstrating product which cleaned leather couch, carpet, windows etc. I bought 1 bottle advertised at 49.95 then tax and processing fee totaled out to be 57.95. the sales receipt number is 21871 from Jacob's Champions I began trying to clean the same areas he demonstrated and the cleaner he sold me did nothing compared to what his demo product did. On March 9, 2009, I was lured into this scam off an ad online, I quickly realized its services were useless to me and the advertising was completely misleading. I too contracted Van Kirk to build my pool back in 2004. They broke ground on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my yard was a debacle for that holiday weekend and for 6 more months to come. I ordered the Income Cloner CD, and gave my bank information to pay for it. I did not realize at the time that I would have monthly withdrawals from by bank account of $104.95. This company withdrew $17.93 from my account claiming to be the fee for loan researching. The site did not mention any fee for researching for a loan. Apparently this stems from the Last Chance site. I have been using ATT for almost two years now. I have a more expensive camera phone. The service people in California were rude and made lots of mistakes when changing over my phone and number.
