I ordered some Bellezza Coffeey from an ad that came in my email and when they proceeded to complete the transaction they charged my account twice. I wish to cancel this transaction as I have found out some things about this and I no longer want their product. I have the same complaint as all the rest of the people with complaints. This system is extremely rediculious. You don't even have time to try these products before your credit card is charged with $85.00. After using the product within 20-30 minutes, my face and ears and throat were extremely red and I felt like I was having a fever. The purpose of buying these "Get A Grip" handles was to insure my elderly mother's SAFETY for getting in and out of the bathtub. However, one of the handles kept falling off the tile wall every couple of days and the other handle stuck to the wall just a little longer (about a week). This happened before they were ever used. Retro MOORESTOWN, NJ gym has daily evening temperatures of 72 PLUS DEGREES. In fact the thermo read 76 DEGREES in the locker room which was very much cooler than anywhere else. The Humidity is also at least 80% every evening during the week. WHO wants to get on a treadmill at 72 - 75 degrees. Is this what we pay for. Complaints do nothing as I have already COMPLAINED. If it wasn't for the non-cancel, non-refund contracts they issue for 1 year and the non-refund trainer contract I also have, I would NEVER step foot in the place. To whom it may concern: I would like to know why is it that when you do a cash advance which if you will notice will have a higher interest rate attached to it, that when you make a substancial payment that you can not have it pay towards that amount of your choice to lower the balance on the higher interest rate. We are self employed and signed on to Mega Health a few ears ago. When we spoke to the salesman we requested that our coverage be the same as our previous Blue Cross coverage that was just terminated. He stated that are coverage was the same as our BC/BS coverage. I authorized 2.95 for a cd and still have yet to get that cd and now they charged me for 39.95 that I did NOT authorize. if you call 877-495-1145 customer service and sit on hold for about 10 mins you will get someone and then just argue with them repeatedly that you want a refund and to cancel and they will do it. We are a small family owned office supply distributor, The Bethany Group was one of our largest accounts, we trusted them and their employees, when they got behind with what they owed they always said they would send a payment and they did, until recently. The company now owes us over $20, 000 of supplies that we delivered to them that we had to pay for but they still haven't. The employees who knew the company wasn't going to pay but still ordered supplies from us are just as bad as the owners of the business who I read about all over the internet. This company is run by Jorge Perez and his wife. They are scam artists and they will steal your money. Not only that but the company is illegal. They are not even registered in the state of Florida. I have recently relocated back from Orlando, FL to the Bristol UK. We hired Intlmove to organise the shipment of our possessions. They sub-contracted out a co who arrived to our property on 11 Dec '08. On arrival we noticed the removal van already had other items on.
