I just got ripped off big time by this company. They say 25 minutes, an hour goes by. It's about 50 degrees and I'm standing outside because I took their word for it. I know that people like to copmplain about companies, but never really recognize a job well done. I recentley bought a house with the Everdry system installed in the basement. We contacted them on many occasions and they would never send the cards. A few months later another company called us because elite marketing told him how happy we were with their services. I recieved a letter stating that I had a 5 yr old electric bill that needed to be paid. 5 years ago I was a minor and therefore could not have had an electric bill in my name.
