I ordered a honeycomb blind on line and didn't get what I expected. My complaint is basically about the web design area. I order from them a few years ago and it appears that they have changed their product line. Their small blind is now wider than in the past and comes with a white back. No where on the order page is there an actual number to tell you how wide the blind will be and the composition is buried on another page and not found in the ordering process. My credit card was charged $11.99 by Great Fun for merchanise. I called the company at 1-800-290-8603 and requested information. They claimed I authorized this charge when I made plane reservations with Priceline in November. So, I am also contacting Priceline about this problem and will not use their site for any further reservations. I filed a complaint of unautorized charges with PayPal, and if this is their 'business practice', they need to be arrested. They are practicing fraud and are thieves. For several months now I have been seeing a charge anywhere form $3.95 to $14.95 on my bank statement. The only thing it says is FU, ( yea, seems funny huh?) My local U.S. Post office has ceased mail delivery to our home. During the summer months we were having construction done to our home and our fencing was open during the day due to the activity. Mail stopped then and we were requested to close gate, move mail box to curve, provide immunization records for pets, and keep dogs locked. I was tricked into buying antispywarebot after a misleading scan. I only downloaded it after clicking a phishing link. The original link i wanted was to Spybot sd. The program has put spyware on my computer and I now have to spend eighty dollars to order a new windows vista home edition CD to reformat my computer to rid it of the virus. My check was declined last night at Lowes based on information from Cetergy Check Services. I contacted Cetergy customer service to find out why my check was declined they gave me a run around and would only say that my check fit their "profile" and that bank's do not guarantee payment and the store does not have to accept my check. I received a bill from Medicare where they were being billed $328.09. This is not my bill and nor did I have these services rendered. I ordered several sizes of blue plastic bottles which were 'packaged' in a large plastic bag inside a cardboard box. All the sizes were mixed together in the plastic bag and it took an hour to sort them out. I emailed my complaint to them and asked if they could package each bottle size separately.
