My problem is with the Scooter Store, Sacramento Service Center. In November' '03 The Scooter Store delivered a power wheel chair (Jet 2)to my residence. This chair was not the proper fit for me and needed to be swapped-out for for the "Jazzy ll70". I signed up for an annual credit report. I was given information from them how I could cancel the service. I was also given phone numbers to call them but the automatic answer directs me to their website. I am being charged on my credit card and cannot get this canceled as there is no option given to me to cancel. I have done everything to reach them the way they instructed. I recently purchased an account on the Nextag.com website. I never received a confirmation email, so I contacted them to make sure all was well. I guess not, as they have no record of me purchasing this account (to the tune of $391.00) and I was told to contact their accounts division. I recently worked for BL&C and after I left the company, they started sending me bills telling me I owed them over $3500 for cancelled policies. Stuart Allen & Assoc. are the ones calling and sending me letters. I have asked multiple times for them to send me proof that these clients cancelled and they won't respond to me. I know that when agents leave Bankers, they have other agents & managers go out to the clients and cancel the old policies and rewrite new ones...they trained me to do this when i was working with them. I have made numerous attempts to collect "6" outstanding invoice's that docuserv contracted me out to do. Docuserv owes me $560. 00 to date. These invoices are from 6/27/07-5/15/08. Johnny Antonelli, Docuserv (714-277-5811) has emailed stating the nature of the mortgage industry and its meltdown from 2007 has caused docuserv to not pay their notaries. I responded that I felt this was hard to believe and didn't make sense due to docuserv contracting me out on 5/1//2008? Every time you attempt to log into site it brings you back to their advertisement page. Attempts to contact via email have gome unanswered. Charge card company provided a phone number which is a recording telling you the hours are from 7am to 6pm, call back during working hours. I would like to share my experience with this supposedly "management" company. It is so sad that such nice apartments are not taken care of. I have no complaint about the apartments itself. There are three managers and a secretary in charge of the King Plaza apartments. The female, Nelly, is so rude and disrespectful! Since June of 2008 I have paid over $2000.00 in eletric bills. I shut off my air conditioner in September so I would have some money for Christmas. My bill in October was ok until they double it. The second amount, which was equal to original bill, was listed as energy rate correction. I called the company and was told that in July they only charged me 14% and should have charged me 19%. Driver Payday.com said they would pay me for putting decals on my car and driving for over 1, 000 miles a month (I was promised $481 a month), but they needed me to pay for the decale $87 before they could send the first decale. They took $109 from my account rather than the $87 I had authorized and it turned up on my credit card as SPORT COMPACT PRO WILMINGTON DE. I went to two different ultas on three different occasions trying to get four of the o.p.i wristlets last week and were told each time they were out. Then on Sunday the 16th the day afer the sale I was in the Ulta in Edmond Okla. and low and behold they had several of the wristlets but for full price. After I complained a manager finally let me have one for the sale price but since I wanted them for stocking stuffers for my grandaughters I needed more but refused to pay full price because they should have been in stock or else a rain check given. read full review »

Terrible customer service. I ordered a garden fountain from them in the month of May and long after I'd expected to still recieve it, it arrived in October. I put it in the trunk of my car and was going to mail it back on my next trip to the post office. I was in no hurry as the company exibited no rush to fullfil my order in a timely manner. I cancelled this membership the next day on 10/08/08. my credit card was charged $1.00 on 10/10/08, $29.95 on 10/15/08 and 11/14/08. I wrote a letter to the company on 11/13/08 and asked that my credit card be reversed of the charges. My bank informed me of the charge of $29.95 on 11/14/08. My closed the account and the bank is requesting the funds of $60.90 be returned to them. I have been unable to contact anyone on the phone or online. This company is a scam.
