On 4/16/2008 I entered into an agreement with AAA Lead Source that clearly stated I would recieve 13 Live Transfer Leads with the criteria I requested only which was Reverse Mortgage interest, from San Diego County and callers would be pre-screened for maxium LTV's of 30%. I was called today 11/11/08 by American Income about a job interview for a job I didn't apply for. They mentioned they got my resume from career builders and that the position was for many management positions. I just opened an account with penny talk. so I could call home to Ireland for cheaper. Sounded like a great hook up. Set up the account for $25.00 and I got a message on the screen saying that my account had $3.00 on it while they check and see if my credit card was ligit. No probs there on my part. I used this company to conduct a move for me and had some damage. The owner said he would take care of the matter and I sent him all the required paperwork. At no time did he ever call me to let me know what was going on, I had to call him each and every time. After three months of getting the brush off I contacted the Attorney Generals Office of Vermont and the guy even blew them off. I have to almost keep the remote in my hand while watching TV to escape screaming Billy Mayes. He is on almost every channel and the volume button has no effect, it takes the mute or channel being changed. I am so sick of this that I am considering going to Direct TV with the DVR in order to avoid commercials altogether. I would never buy anything this man advertizes and commercials in general are too long, ridiculous, and boring now, especially the ones for Sonic. I ordered and paid for a three-cannon kit in August 2008. Weeks later after repeated attempts to contact them they finally sent the two kits they had in stock. The third kit, they claimed, was on back order. It is now November 10, 2008. Additional emails queries as to the status my remaining item status has been ignored, and phone calls have not been returned. i made my order around the end of october and was told that my boots would be here by 5 working days. The money was taken out of my account on 31/10/08. The company seem tohave just dissapered off the face of the earth. The only detailsi have now is from my bank account. I signed an agreement with Omaha Singles on 01/12/08. I charged my credit card for a one year membership of $1, 480.00. Tammie Neyman sold it to me and she advised me I had three days to cancel. I purchased three premium seasoned trade lines for my daughter on 5/20/08. I paid $3615.00. These trade lines were supposed to show on my daughter's credit report within 40 days of purchase. This person/company would not allow me to make revisions to my designs of my satisfaction for 3 of the designs that I purchased. And on one brochure design they allowed me NO REVISIONS AT ALL. globe telelink, with out notice or warning placed a block on my phone leaving me unable to speak with my son who is in a correctional facility. They did this even thought I had established a third party billing account with another company. I was returning merchandise through a pre-paid UPS package. I went to a staples shipping center. They took my package with my label and secured it properly by sealing it with the lable and tape. The company I sent it too called and emailed me a few days later saying that the contents I sent wasn't the correct contents. I use this company all the time. I purchased glasses over a year ago and the right lense keeps getting hair line fractures/cracks at the edge of the lense. The eye/vision store repair the 1st 2, then the insurance co. VSP wanted to have them shipped to them to repair them the 3rd & 4th time. This time they tell me it has been over a year and will not replace the 1 lense for free anymore. The rates for electricity bill adjusted in October 08 but in fact we can see oil price plunges dramatically for the past 6 months. The reason given being SP Services stock up oil for past whatever months and price was high at that point of time. How about the lower oil price now SP Services buy low now. How about old stock of oil already used up now and they are using cheaper oil now. When is SP Services going to reduce the rate for electricity? Hope someone can help us to voice our grievance. My company recently finished a 5 month ordeal with National Pen Company. The long and short of it is, after taking over a week to order a couple items (and never ok'ing anything), we decided to cancel the order. 2 months later we start receiving collections notices from them. No products were ever received by us. I was shopping for some lighting. I saw a pendant light fixture on display marked clearance for $39.99. Sales person gave me light I took it to cash and the price was $99.99. I told the cashier it was marked down to $39.99. The duty manger Leon Brule was called and said yes it was indicated as the clearance proce but he would not sell it because he paid more than that - he refused to sell it for the price advertised.
