I have a B7610 Kubota tractor. It is the same tractor a couple of my employees have, my brother and father also use the exact same tractor. My dealer has been very supportive during my problems but have not had a fix and Kubota Corporation continues to not get my tractor fixed and has not even attempted. i contacted Kubota corporation in September. We were in the Wendy's this date. They were very very slow and unorganized. We must of been in line 20 minutes and there were others who had been longer than us. After we got our food, chili (the onions were not done) and 5 pc chicken nuggets, we sat down to eat and while we were eating I watched people who had been waiting and waiting leave - exactly 1/2 of the 16 people who were in line left at that time and I think l or 2 more left after that. I purchased a reconditioned power pak for $295.00 on July 1, 2008 ( this was my third power pak in three years) and th unit went dead in Sept. 2008. I have been a good customer and have not recieved any satisfaction on your reconditioned power paks. You need to reimburse me or send me a completely NEW unit, not a reconditioned one. This company is rude and will NOT help you with the bogus contracts with Fitness USA. In their contract there is a clause that if you become disabled the contract is voidable and they will not hold up their end I have been fighting with this company for 6 years and not getting anywhere I have complained to the Better Business Bureau and I have contacted my attorney Genral in my state. I bought security system and paid for next day shipping and didnt recieve the main part ( the monitor). I called them and they said it was being drop shipped, so i waited a day or two, still nothing. Called again and then was transfered to shipping where i was finally told they found one in the back of wharehouse. RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. This complaint against Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is not new, but ongoing ever since our 2005 and 2006 Federal and State Income Tax was wrongfully prepared. For 2005 I had to pay $1, 273.51 for overpayment of Federal Income Tax. For 2006 I had to pay $1, 609.60 for overpayment of South Carolina State Income Tax. This company is a scam, they pretend that you are already doing business with them and send you a fax order form that they say is just to renew prices but it is really a ridiculously overpriced toner order, $349 for toner that we get free from our actual supplier. When you call to try to cancel no one answers and a home phone machine picks up...real legit company right?
