Customers shop through this site and proceed to checkout. Everything goes fine. They send you shipping confirmation email but when you go to track the order there is no "status" or "tracking number" or anything of value. James Scott called me a few months ago claiming he was the ADA from the calif office and that I was under investigation from bank fraud made by chase manhantten bank. He gave me a lot of my personal information over the phone including my ss# so it sound real to me and he scared me to death! My problem is with the "Good Sam" RV club. They are in the business of selling worthless extended protection plans. They sell you this plan when you buy an RV that is 10 years old or newer, for 10% of your purchase price. I had a claim the first year. The jacks wouldn't work. They denied the claim. The second year I had a claim leaking air bags. They denied it also. I appealed to the department manager, a man named Scott, who said, "you don't really expect us to pay out money on an 8 year old rv, do you? For a federal program the government does not oversee and administer this service at all. It is simply forgotten and subcontracted to Trac Fone who runs a shoddy program bereft with problems, poor service and unethical policies that take advantage of the poor and disabled. I am a disabled and a Veteran, that was posting an ad on the internet. City Grid came along and next thing I know, I am being charged $631.00 for advertising that I did not receive. No reports were submitted to me, I could not log in to my account, and when I contacted them to cancel, they told me it was too late, and began charging my credit card for $631.00. To date they are still trying to charge my card and have sent me to a collection agency, which is trying to collect as well. I called Nerds On Call to repair some basic problems I was having with my computer. They sent an on-site "technician" to "fix" the problems and downloaded all sorts of their software on my machine. The computer's performance actually got worse! They sold me on a service where technicican's can site your computer to repair it. After 8 hours, they left my machine with the inability to watch any videos (you tube, etc.) I finally had to take the machine to another shop and have everything they did un-done and spent $ for that. I placed an order with these people 6 months ago on October 29 2010. They took the money but they have not sent my order and they have never sent me anything but an order confirmation. They will not call me back, answer the phone or reply to my emails.
