I've entered in a contract with them to help to ease my wife's nerves after I caught a mouse in our pantry. They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37. In the meantime we had more mice which I had to catch with traps I bought. I contacted them but there's no solution to my satisfaction. The "resources" they used could be bought from one monthly fee. Background music is at 70db or louder. We have complained to the store manager several times and asked to turn the volume down some. We were informed that the volume was set remotely from the home office, whever that is, and they had no local control. Manager was not inclined to tell us where the home office is or whom we should contact to lodge a complaint. We contracted barkbusters to help us train our new puppy 4 years ago. we spent 800 to have them work with us for the life of our dog. as it turns out- this is a joke. the woman, laura, came once and every time we called (about 1x a year) she gave us attitude and was annoyed we were calling with questions or for help. this company is JOKE. laura works for house calls in all of manhattan and is TERRIBLE. she is a fraud. she will take your 800 bucks and give you a hassle should you ever need her again. complete fraud - i wish i never paid this horrific woman. read full review »

I completed a 6 week research on my cigarette purchases, which ended on August 9th, 2010. It was clearly stated that checks would have been mailed out 6-8 weeks from end date. As of December 2010, no incentive check, and no responses by email or phone after numerous attempts. The cost was $39.00 for the programm that should have supplied me TV with 3500 TV channels on my computer. The web site accepted my VISA payment and allowed me to download their software. Avoid this store. We asked about a dress and were told it was in stock and would be delivered by the date we required it. We made an order. The next day got an email saying the dress would not be available until a month after we required it. We responded that would be too late, and were told our order would not be processed and that they were not charging the credit card. One--the caller says the appointment takes 20 to 25 minutes wrong it takes over one hour. Two the appointment person says the costs says the monitoring is " about a dollar a day" wrong closer to $40.00 a month. I wasn't even aware that that company was the carrier at that pay phone and what the conditions were for the call. And I can't even get ahold of a human at the company to talk to!!! Since I had a choice of Dial up or Satellite Internet I went with Satellite and locked into a three year contract, over the first two years of complaints about download speeds I could still get no satisfaction. General Story: Some random company calls saying that because of your visa/mc or your magazine subscriptions, you’re eligble for a 00 online shopping spree & some “discounted” magazines (that are actually more than a regular subscription).
