My four year old son started daycare at Little Explorers this morning for the first time. In less than four hours, I received a call and was told to come and pick him up and that he was not allowed to return. The reason I was given was that one of the employees picked him up and carried him to the back room for time out and he scratched her hand. Purchased a Backbeat 903 bluetooth headphones new. Received a refurb in a plastic bag no packaging. One of the earpieces was on backwards. The unit is unusable as is. Only thru Buy.com which is a partner of Turbo Beach and how I made my purchase, was I able to get any response other than an automated one. Sam's marble contractor did several home improvement for us last year. The items including replace new siding and new gutter for our house located in Rockaway, New Jersey. Respected Sir, I want to bring it to your notice about bus No.AS-525, many buses doesn't come till MIDC Electronic Zone which the last stop. From last week i reached at stop at around 7.11pm but there was no bus till 8.15pm. Many people were got frustrated. I had to ship luggage from NY to India and called Air India cargo #, they referred me to Mr. Gurvinder Singh (Indo US Express) as authorized person to handle personal cargo. I contacted him and he collected all my luggage on Dec 15 2009 from my home address, and also charged me money [check & credit card] and mentioned it will be delivered in about a week. I had a negative experience with him back in January when he HUNG UP on me for calling him unprofessional for changing a meeting via email rather than a phone call. I had all but forgotten about the guy until today when I received a VM from him at 8 AM upset about some supposed Yelp.com posting that he accused me of writing. I recently went to walmart to purchase some compressed air. I need to clean out my computer of dust. And unfortunately i left my ID at home, no biggie, after all i was just purchasing a can of air. But no you can just purchase a can of air without an ID or if you are under the age of 18 (which i am long since been.) Apparently walmart believes that every purchase of canned air is not used to clean out electronics like it is designed to do but instead used to get huff. Hearthside Distributors is by far the worst internet company I have ever worked with in ordering equipment. BEWARE of the fine print in their terms and conditions statement. There is no such thing as "consumer is right" with them. All responsibility is on the consumer when ordering parts and equipment. They are never at fault. I fully agree with the comments posted here about Concorde manhattan. They have been promising the delivery of the flat since more than a year now and nothing seems to be happening. Please beware of any dealings with this builders. They are frauds. They just take money from people and them keep them waiting till eternity. When I was buying a shearling coat in that store I asked the cashier if I will be able to return it in case it doesn’t fit me. Purchased a complete 8 camera, DVR system with a 3 year warranty on the DVR on or about 4/08 from them and on or about 19/20/09 the DVR quit working and a camera was bad. Called and was told to send camera was advised that they had problems with digicam and would replace camera and replace DVR with a new one. Sent camera and pictures of what the dvr was doing. This company has been taking $1000 "security deposits" from contractors, designers & architects since summer of 2009 but they have not produced the lead generating program that they have promised. It appears that they may be out of business now. I have been trying to get my money refunded since October 2009 and they have never responded other than telling me "they are working on it". I enlisted their local BBB to assist and they had no luck either. Ironically, they are still advertising and offering a sign-up for new contractors. Please do not fall into their trap! On 22 March 2010 I lost my mobile phone, I reported the lost phone to MTN (083 1 808) and the phone was blacklisted whilst I was on the phone with MTN. The fact that in this day and age, when the internet is so cheap in MOST places, yet costs an arm and a leg in more rural places, is ridiculous. Let me start by saying I spent 2 hours and 13 minutes on the phone with Century Link this afternoon. My internet connection had seemed slow lately. I opened a chat with their customer service who had me run a speed test. I was at like 223 download and 120 upload. The rep advised me to do a reset of the modem and power it down. I did that and reconnected with a rep who said I just needed to call technical services. So I did that which began the 2hrs and 13 minutes. Most of the time you can only get about 68K. There are very frequent service interuptions. Placed an order Jan 30, 2010 on their website for a pen to be engraved for presentation at an awards event to be held on Feb 25, 2010. Their site indicate a normal delivery of approx 5 business days with a current delay of 3 - 4 additional days due to an upgrade being preformed at their site.
