OnlineReputationManager.com are passing themselves off as a SEO company. I had them do Optimization for my website which was doing better then than after they did their work. Now I have to pay another company to take their spamming, stuffing and irrelevant text off my website, so that will be another $5000.00. I have not complained about a company before and have been in business for many years, but Reputation Media takes advantage of companies and are filled with excuses why their SEO work fails. I had to get my car towed to a body shop (who was willing to stay open for me) Tim's towing said they would be there within an hour. This was approximately 3pm. They said to leave the keys and I got a ride home. I recieved a call at 9:30PM from the driver asking what hhe wanted me to do with the car. I wa upset but told him where to go. The next day I recieved a call from the shop saying they had the car but the tow driver had left the keys in the ignition, turned up- thus draining the entire battery. This company Griggs and Associates, a debt collection company, took an unauthorized debit payment from by checking account. I gave them clearance to take a one time debit. A week later I checked my account to see that they took another payment without my clearance and authorization. The amount of this second payment they took without clearance was a substantial large amount. I am reporting them as well as disputing this payment with my bank. I recently saw a patio set at the Tracy Costco warehouse which was priced at $999.99 and wanted to purchase; however they were out of stock. I contracted with Jennifer to make calls for my company back in November of 2009. I have tried to cancel my order with this company for the last 3 months and they keep sending me their product. That's 300.00 worth of money they got without canceling my order. I went to my bank and filled out a form to stop the automatic withdrawels, but somehow they managed to get another months worth of money. Stay Far away from this company and their redneck owners. I too had a run in with them while buying blueberries. For part of my order, I was going to use a gift certificate and once I told them that I had a gift certificate, they promptly hung up the phone on me. It was a battle but I finally won if you could say that. The blueberries came in the mail and I have to say they were in the worst shape that I have ever seen.
